One caveat is worth flagging. The printed brochure gives an expected vacant possession date of 31 January 2028 and an expected legal completion date of 31 January 2031, because it was produced before construction finished. TOP has since been obtained ahead of that vacant possession date. The legal completion date stands. Everything else in the brochure — areas, specification, site plan, unit mix — remains current, and is reproduced on the project details page.
