One of the quieter arguments for Belgravia Ace is how much open water and green space sits within a short drive. This page covers the parks, reservoirs and nature areas around the estate.
The Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 Park Connector runs adjacent to the estate, lined with fitness stations and play areas. It gives access to Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park and, as the network grows, to the upcoming Serangoon North Linear Park — which means a run or a cycle can start at the gate rather than at a car park.

Lower Seletar Reservoir Park is the water-sports option: kayaking and dragon boating on the reservoir, with a Heritage Bridge, rain garden and fishing jetty on land. Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park is one of Singapore’s largest urban parks, best known for the naturalised river channel that replaced a concrete canal. Thomson Nature Park preserves the ruins of a Hainan village within secondary forest and is a known habitat for the Raffles’ banded langur.
Hampstead Wetlands Park is a 3.23-hectare green sanctuary next to Seletar Aerospace Park, with boardwalks through the wetland; blue percher dragonflies and white-throated kingfishers are among the residents. Coney Island, further east, is a largely untouched island of coastal forest, mangrove and casuarina woodland with more than 80 bird species recorded, walkable or cyclable end to end.
Sengkang Riverside Park follows the grassy banks of the Sungei Punggol and contains Singapore’s largest man-made wetland, a sanctuary for mangrove birds, otters and damselflies. Punggol Point offers waterfront dining, fishing platforms and a 1.5km heritage trail along Old Punggol Road.
The estate sits between several club properties: Seletar Country Club and Orchid Country Club to the north, Singapore Island Golf Course to the west across the reservoir, and Serangoon Gardens Country Club about nine minutes to the south-east. Their combined effect on the neighbourhood is a large amount of permanently green, permanently low-rise land in every direction.
The waterways at Serangoon Reservoir, Punggol Reservoir and My Waterway@Punggol are being transformed into active spaces for water activities and connected to Punggol Regional Sports Centre, SAFRA Punggol and Anchorvale Community Club. About 40% of the estate’s 290,520 sqft is communal open space, arranged as eight themed garden zones with a 50m lap pool, hammock lawn, reading pods, quarry lawn and a whispering pond with waterfall.
