At post-secondary level, Anderson Serangoon Junior College and Nanyang Polytechnic are about ten minutes, Nanyang Junior College about twelve, with Serangoon Junior College and ITE College Central also nearby.
Lycee Francais de Singapour, the French International School, is on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 within the same catchment. Belgravia Ace is a driving address. There is no MRT station within walking distance and the estate is served by a private road, so the school run is by car for most families. That is workable at these distances, but a household with children at two schools in different directions should plan the morning sequence before committing to a house.
What the estate gives back is the hours outside school.
